However, if you would like to request a return goods authorization (R.G.A.) to return a faucet, please E-Mail us at: Help@FaucetsFast.com. We will email the return goods authorization to you in a few days, along with a shipping address. Please be patient... return authorizations do not come on the same day as the request. ALL FAUCETS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. Faucets will only be accepted for return if ALL 5 of the following conditions are met: 1. The faucet must have been purchased less than 30 days prior to the R.G.A. request. 2. The Faucet must be in new, undamaged condition with all parts intact. 3. The faucet must be in the original undamaged box with all the original packing intact. 4. The faucet in the original box must be securely packaged in a larger box with the R.G.A. number clearly written on the outside. 5. The packaged faucet must be shipped (freight prepaid) to the address indicated on the returned goods authorization. We strongly suggest you obtain a tracking or delivery confirmation number from the shipping carrier as a means to confirm the delivery of the returned package. Returns will only be accepted at the address given on the return authorization. Any item returned to an address different than the one given on the return address will be refused and credit will be denied. Shipping charges will not be refunded. ALL FAUCETS ACCEPTED FOR RETURN WILL BE ACCESSED A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE. WRONG ITEM RECEIVED? If, by chance, we ship you an item different from the one you ordered, please e-mail us immediately at Help@FaucetsFast.com. We will rush you the right item. DAMAGED ITEMS? If you receive a faucet which was damaged in shipping, e-mail us at: Help@FaucetsFast.com within 5 days of receiving that faucet so we can file a damage claim with the carrier, and ship out a new faucet. We will advise you what to do with the damaged faucet. Damage claims made more than 5 days after delivery of the faucet will be denied. |
